Mental Health Counseling in Bend, Oregon

Helping People Heal Through the Therapeutic Relationship

The responses to trauma and grief in our lives can be severe, disconnecting us from others, and especially from ourselves. As a survivor of complex trauma, you may feel as if you are “overreacting” to things too often, or that you constantly doubt yourself in social situations, or the decisions you make. You might especially doubt the intentions of others, and maybe find it difficult to make the “right” decision of who you try to connect with. On top of it all, you may not understand yourself; what truly matters to you, what is really meaningful, or even how to begin to explore that question. In my practice, I offer a compassionate and warm space to explore these themes and more, in an effort to help you feel relief from distress, and find new connection with yourself to help you move forward in more authentic ways.

I am currently offering one hour initial consultations to determine if we would be a good fit. Please fill out my contact form to set up an appointment, or call/message me at (541) 223-7615* for any specific questions.
